お稽古再開につきまして

3月1日より緊急事態宣言が解除されましたので、こちらでも、お稽古を再開させていただこうと思います。 ようやく春らしい気候となり、あちらこちらで梅が咲いていますね。 ご近所のお花屋さんで、枝ぶりの良い木瓜を見つけ、床の間に。 今年は、花見に出かけてみようかと思っています。 I am restarting offering classes as the emergency claim was released as of March 1. Weather is officially spring and the plum is blossoming here and there. I found a nice branch of a Japanese quince tree at a flower shop in my neighborhood. お誕生日と、石座神社奉納のこと

コロナウイルスのため、しばらくの間、お稽古をお休みさせていただいております。ブログも、少し間が空いてしまいました。 そんな状況ではありますが、例年通り、石座神社（せきざじんじゃ／いわくらじんじゃ）にて、３月２０日、春の奉納をさせていただこうと思っております。 お稽古をお休みさせていただいておりますため、わたし吉村その伊織一人での奉納です。 「地唄　黒髪」は舞を、「地唄　桐の雨」は、お三味線と唄の弾き歌いです。 石座神社奉賛会の皆さま、また岩倉の皆さまにはまたお世話になります。詳細は、また記載させていただきます。 何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。 下は、先日、旦那さんのお誕生日を比叡山でお祝いさせていただいたときの写真です。なんと今年７４歳になりました😊 Due to the pandemic, sorry to say but all my classes are put off for a while. 北野天満宮にて、今年も舞を奉納させていただきました

例年、舞を奉納させていただいている北野天満宮にて、今年は、生徒たちに加えて、大先輩の舞踊家さん、また地方さんたちと、無事に奉納させていただくことができました。 ご多忙のところ、また様々な状況にもかかわらず、ご参列くださいました皆々様には、本当にありがとうございました。 We dedicated dances at the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine similarly as the last two years and this year with my senior dancer and accompanying musicians. I am very grateful for everyone who participated in this year’s dedication. 動画は、当日の下合わせにて、上方端唄「京の四季」。 来年も機会を賜れますよう、またご参加いただけますように、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。 The above short is from our last rehearsal of ”Four Seasons of Kyoto.”

祇園へ

ピンチヒッターで地方をさせていただくことになり、あわてて皮の破れたお三味線を直していただきに、祇園へ。 Went to Gion to get my broken shamisen fixed, as I was asked to play it at an accompaniment of a jiuta dance. 久しぶりにお詣りさせていただいた八坂さん、紅葉が鮮やかでした。 At Yasaka shrine, the maple trees were so beautiful.

第246回 千代尼忌にて

先日の9月8日、昨年度、長唄「加賀の千代」を舞わせていただいた石川県松任(まっとう)の聖興寺に、今年も御参りさせていただいてまいりました。 師匠から教えていただきました大切な作品、これからも舞い、また伝えてゆけるよう、お祈りさせていただきました。お寺の皆様には、今年も本当に暖かく迎えてくださり、ありがたいことでございました。 Yesterday I visited the Shokoji Temple in Ishikawa Prefecture to participate in the 246th anniversary of the death of the poet Chiyo, where I was honored to dance about her life last year. 雄輝先生の扇塚

猛暑の中でしたが、一年と五カ月ぶりに、四世家元雄輝先生の扇塚のある、嵐山は二尊院にお参りさせていただいてきました。 In the midst of the heat, we visited Nisonin Temple in Arashiyama where the 4th Head Master Yuki Yoshimura sensei dedicated a stone monument of a fan when he was designated as a National Treasure in 1986. 雄輝先生の古いお扇子もございますというお寺さんのお話でしたが、昔は、こちらで扇供養なども行われていたそうです。 The temple monk said that one of old fans of Yuki sensei is preserved here. 扇塚の背面に刻まれていたのが下の文章です：Continue reading “雄輝先生の扇塚”

雄輝先生と浮世絵

今日のお花。ようやく夏らしくなってきたので、涼しげな色を。 Set two branches of autumn bell flowers as I was looking for a cool color in the season getting hotter and hotter. 古い雄輝先生のビデオを拝見していたら、こちらの浮世絵そっくりでびっくりしました。。 Looking at an old video of the 4th head master Yuki Yoshimura, I was mesmerized to find how his posters look alike with the above ukiyoe painting.

六月よりお稽古再開します

お稽古を六月より再開させていただきます。 Classes are restarting from this June. 床のお花は、今朝摘んだばかりの庭のドクダミとユキノシタです。 Flowers in the alcove are dokudami and yukinoshita picked up from the garden this morning.  

遠出して奈良へ

  関西三府県の緊急事態が解除されたので、久しぶりに少し遠出して奈良へ。 国宝の十一面観音様が有名な、遠景に三輪山が眺められた聖林寺は、かつて多武峰（とうのみね）に周りを囲まれるようにして立つ談山神社（かつての談山妙楽寺）の別院だったそうです。 世阿弥を育てたという、談山神社の、その昔は延年舞や能が演じられたという、権殿の神様に、芸能上達をお祈りしてきました。 Drove to Nara, after a long period of quarantine, as three prefectures including Kyoto and Osaka were finally relieved of emergency claim this week.
