上方舞クラス　Dance Classes　

上方舞は、長い年月をかけて、日本、とりわけ上方の四季に彩られ、形作られた、動きの芸術です。

初歩の方から講師をめざしておられる方まで、丁寧に指導いたします。

和やかな雰囲気の中で、上方に古くから培われた「美」「和」に触れてみませんか。

舞のお稽古によって、次のようなことが身に付きます。

＊姿勢が良くなります。

＊体幹（インナーマッスル）が鍛えられます

＊行儀作法が身につきます

＊日本は上方に培われた文化的知識を、舞、舞の背景となる三味線音楽、歌詞を通して、知らず知らずに学べます

お稽古は、基礎からはじめて、その方のペースに合わせて、ゆっくり丁寧に学んでいく、プライベートレッスンです。

お月謝は、12,000円（月三回）あるいは8,000円（月二回）です。

Kamigata-mai or Dance of the Kamigata area (Kyoto and Osaka) is an art of movement that has been cultivated in Kamigata area for many years, colored especially by its four seasons.

Through learning Kamigata-mai, you may acquire the following:

• Better posture
• Train your inner muscle
• Learn good manners
• Learn the cultural knowledge that has been cultivated in Japan especially Kyoto and Osaka through dance and the background music and lyrics

It is a private lesson, starting from the basics and to advance gradually, according to the pace of each student.

The monthly fee is 12,000 yen for 3 lessons per month; or 8,000 yen for 2 lessons per month.

The date and time will be scheduled each month.
