Spiritual Dance Healing

Tapping into the accumulated practices of movement-based artists of Japan, who have trained their bodies in relationship to the 間 “Ma” or time/space where they communicated with deities, spirits, and/or ancestors, I would like to offer a session where you are invited to a time/space to really listen to your body and your body awareness.
