竹野神社にて、舞を奉納させていただきます

丹後に引っ越しをして、五ヶ月目になりました。

こちらに来てから大好きになりました、竹野神社にて、来月六日、舞を奉納させていただくことになりました。

わたしの師匠である吉村美輝和（よしむらみきかず）先生と、関東より白拍子舞の桜井真樹子さんがともに舞ってくださいます。

It is now the 5th month since I moved to the Kyo-tango area.

Next month, I have the opportunity to dedicate a dance at Takano Shrine, which is now my favorite local shrine here.

My teacher Mikikazu sensei, and the Shirabyoshi dancer Makiko Sakurai san are dedicating with me.

今は尼となった女性が、若かりし頃の恋を述懐した地唄「ゆき」、西天竺（インド）から中国、日本の水の美しいところを挙げた今様「水猿曲（みずのえんきょく）」、源氏物語は宇治十帖に登場する、二人の男性に愛された浮舟の物語に題材をとった地唄「浮舟」。

意図したわけではありませんが、女性らしい演目が揃ったように思います。

Yuki (Snow) depicts a lady, who is now a nun, reminiscing her past love.

Mizu-no-enkyoku enumerates beautiful water sites from India, China and Japan.

Ukifune (Floating Boat) deals with the story about lady Ukifune who was loved by two men in the Uji Story of the Tale of Genji.

The performance is open to viewers.
