ピンチヒッターで地方をさせていただくことになり、あわてて皮の破れたお三味線を直していただきに、祇園へ。

Went to Gion to get my broken shamisen fixed, as I was asked to play it at an accompaniment of a jiuta dance.

久しぶりにお詣りさせていただいた八坂さん、紅葉が鮮やかでした。

At Yasaka shrine, the maple trees were so beautiful.
